A different point of view
Finally got to go to this restaurant after wanting to for a long time. It was sooooo amazing. The view, the company, the food, the service, the price. It was all outstanding. We went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and dallin got to open the letter I wrote to him in october of 2013 when we weren't even engaged yet. It was surreal to say the least. It was a really good letter too.

our 15 year old AC unit went out and we got to choose between 12k for a new one or 600$ to fix it. We got away with the cheaper option luckily.

Toby moved to AZ
He came to live with my dad and go to cochise college. we hosted him for the weekend while my dad and shelly were at her brother's funeral. Our hearts go out to shelly and her family during this tough time. He isn't in pain anymore, so they're taking comfort in that. I never met him, but it was hard for shelly.Anyway we did a game night, swam, went to cafe rio, and he helped us mount the tv.
Dog babysitting
Cesar bit us a few times and Josie was fighting jake, so it wasn't easy this time.

We forgot that there was an air filter upstairs and we never changed it. So it was at least 2 years without being changed. Isn't it gross?

Utah trip for 2 days
We went up to utah for only 2 days so it was really busy. My 10 year HS reunion, kim, shayle, tom and my mom and my aunt kim for a few minutes. It was fun because I surprised my mom and tom completely. They had no idea I was coming. It was Toms birthday!

Learning about Nutrition
I went to a few classes about macronutrients at the bootcamp place and also talked one on one with someone about it and it was very informative. It was actually nice finally feeling like I understood everything that was on the nutrition label. We made these black bean and quinoa tacos and they were so good.
I started tracking it on my phone because as it turns out, I was eating mostly fat. So even though I was keeping track of calories I still wasn't improving. What they want you to be is 40% carb, 30% fat, 30% protein. And this was mine lol

RIP Sammy Sue
Sammy unfortunately passed away. They had to put her down because she was to the point where she couldn't move or eat or drink. I think it was for the best because she was so old she wasn't having a good quality of life anymore. We will miss you sammy!

There is no one else I'd rather build a life with and I am overjoyed with the way everything has turned out. I would even venture to say we are even happier and more in love now than we were back then.
